As part of its partnership with @KOEO, @WeNold - Révélateur des Richesses Humaines des cadres expérimentés de + de 45 ans (cadres dirigeants, cadres supérieurs, cadres opérationnels & contributeurs clés) is integrating skills sponsorship* into its 50+ support program!
Since 2009, KOEO, a certified Entreprise Solidaire d'Utilité Sociale, has been a pioneer and creator in France of employee involvement in associations of general interest.
By mid-2025, KOEO had deployed more than 500,000 hours of skills sponsorship, mobilizing nearly 26,000 employees across France in support of more than 2,500 local associations.
Supporting the 50+ through community involvement.
Through a skills sponsorship mission in an association (a one-off donation of professional or personal expertise), the aim is to create a concrete employability dynamic within the associative world.
For example, before taking up a new position (a few weeks or months), or a few years before retirement (24 to 36 months).
Numerous benefits for the company.
A relevant tool to support professional transition between two jobs or before retirement:
➤ Bringing real CSR and QVCT value to 50+ accompaniments via solidarity commitment.
➤ Anticipate departures and manage the age pyramid, by providing visibility on the internal management of departures.
➤ Anticipate, via a meaningful alternative, Employment Safeguard Plans (PSE) and Voluntary Departure Plans (PDV).
➤ Contribute to the transmission of key skills by making diaries more flexible through part-time association assignments.
... and for experienced management volunteers !
An alternative to the risk of underemployability ("placardization" syndrome):
➤ A new professional dynamic via a rewarding "new life project".
➤ An adaptable period before a new position to enhance know-how and interpersonal skills.
➤ At the end of a career, a "smooth transition to retirement" to anticipate future volunteer involvement.
➤ A solution to support and mitigate potential RPS and/or TMS.
(*Skills sponsorship is governed by the Aillagon Law of August 2003, and encouraged by tax incentives within the company).
