KOEO
KOEO, a member of the French Social and Solidarity Economy (ESUS) approved by the public authorities, has been a pioneer and creator in France since 2009 of employee involvement in associations of general interest.
§ 180 employer organizations supported.
§ More than 3,000 public-interest associations throughout France, eligible for sponsorship under the French tax system and generating strong social impact.
§ 500,000 hours of community involvement.
KOEO was selected in 2022 as one of the 50 highest-impact social and solidarity companies, and benefits from a rating recognized by the Impact France Movement via the Impact Score tool created in 2020.
As part of its partnership with WeNold, KOEO offers end-of-career skills sponsorship.
The principle:
Through a long-term skills sponsorship assignment with an association, the aim is to bridge the gap between current salaried employment and the start of retirement, thereby facilitating the actual transition to retirement and the pursuit of volunteer work, in order to maintain activity and a sense of usefulness once the professional dynamic has been interrupted.
Terms and conditions :
§ A voluntary decision and choice, subject to the company's agreement.
§ A secure employment contract and remuneration.
§ A 6- to 36-month solidarity program based on working hours (5/5, 4/5, 3/5, etc.).
§ 100% face-to-face or mixed TT.
Benefits for the company :
A system that meets all the objectives of the Transition Activité Retraite measures:
➤ Forecast departures and manage the age pyramid: commitment to leave the company at the end of the assignment, giving visibility on departures.
➤ Reduce the activity of experienced executives while saving money: full-time or part-time assignments, with 60% tax reduction on loaded salaries.
➤ Encouraging people to leave under the best possible conditions: an alternative to PSEs and Voluntary Departure Plans, rich in meaning and more economical financially.
➤ Contribute to the retention of experienced managers, whose skills transmission is key, by making their working conditions more flexible (part-time assignments in associations).
➤ Enrich the company's overall CSR/QHV strategy.
Benefits for the experienced manager :
An alternative to the risk of underemployability of experienced managers ("placardization" syndrome):
➤ A new professional dynamic via a "new life project" in a different, rewarding world = the gratification of an action focused on the general interest.
➤ A "gentle transition to retirement" to anticipate a future volunteer commitment and maintain local social activity.
➤ A solution to support and mitigate potential RPS and/or TMS.

Senior Force Plus
A journey of humanity, a life of meaning
With a double degree in computer engineering and business management, Tong Chhor has devoted his 30-year career to major international groups such as Oracle, NEC and BMC Software, including almost 20 years in management positions across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
At the same time, for more than 20 years he has been a volunteer working for equal opportunity, diversity and inclusion (Club XXIe Siècle, Entretiens de l'Excellence, Talents des Cités), driven by the desire to give back to France what it offered him when he arrived in 1975 as a Cambodian "boat people", with no money and no French.
Since 2021, he has reduced his professional activity in order to devote more time to his philanthropic commitments, in particular the fight against the exclusion of seniors from the job market, via the Seniors Force Plus association, which he created to promote the employment of over-50s in companies.
It is unique in that it aims to make the employability of older people one of the major national causes, with a view to building a more virtuous model to meet the real challenges facing society.
Seniors Force Plus, a WeNold partner
Seniors Force Plus is a non-profit organization that provides a pragmatic response to a systemic problem: the exclusion of seniors from the job market. Its mission is to help companies better recruit, retain and develop their senior employees, notably through an innovative digital platform, ACTIFS+, built around two free tools:
- Senior Score: a simple self-diagnostic tool to assess a company's policy in favor of the employment of seniors, according to eight key levers (Governance, Communication, Regulatory framework, Employment policy, Recruitment, Training, Well-being and satisfaction, Intergenerational link).
- GRACE: Based on the results of the Senior Score and the areas for improvement identified, a collaborative open-source database is made available to companies. It brings together concrete best practices, already tried and tested in the field, classified according to the eight levers of the system.
The association also takes action in the field through awareness-raising workshops, roundtables and an annual national event: the National Senior Employment Summit (SNES). The first edition, held on December 12, 2024 at ESCP Business School, brought together over 300 companies, associations and public bodies. The second edition will take place on December 11, 2025 at the CESE.
WeNold's objective with Seniors Force Plus is to unite the strengths of civil society, the business world and institutions to provide a collective response to one of the major challenges of our time: the employment of seniors.
