With a double degree in computer engineering and business management, Tong Chhor has devoted his 30-year career to major international groups such as Oracle, NEC and BMC Software, including almost 20 years in management positions across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

At the same time, for more than 20 years he has been a volunteer working for equal opportunity, diversity and inclusion (Club XXIe Siècle, Entretiens de l'Excellence, Talents des Cités), driven by the desire to give back to France what it offered him when he arrived in 1975 as a Cambodian "boat people", with no money and no French.

Since 2021, he has reduced his professional activity in order to devote more time to his philanthropic commitments, in particular the fight against the exclusion of seniors from the job market, via the Seniors Force Plus association, which he created to promote the employment of over-50s in companies.

It is unique in that it aims to make the employability of older people one of the major national causes, with a view to building a more virtuous model to meet the real challenges facing society.

Seniors Force Plus is a non-profit organization that provides a pragmatic response to a systemic problem: the exclusion of seniors from the job market. Its mission is to help companies better recruit, retain and develop their senior employees, notably through an innovative digital platform, ACTIFS+, built around two free tools:

• Senior Score: a simple self-diagnostic tool to assess a company's policy in favor of the employment of seniors, according to eight key levers (Governance, Communication, Regulatory framework, Employment policy, Recruitment, Training, Well-being and satisfaction, Intergenerational link).
• GRACE: Based on the results of the Senior Score and the areas for improvement identified, a collaborative open-source database is made available to companies. It brings together concrete best practices, already tried and tested in the field, classified according to the eight levers of the system.

The association also takes action in the field through awareness-raising workshops, roundtables and an annual national event: the National Senior Employment Summit (SNES). The first edition, held on December 12, 2024 at ESCP Business School, brought together over 300 companies, associations and public bodies. The second edition will take place on December 11, 2025 at the CESE.
