Trained as a mechanical engineer, Jean-François Foucard has spent his entire career with Dassault Systèmes, one of France's leading technology companies, where he progressed from specialist to manager.
His professional development led him to obtain a Master's degree in HR , and to work for almost 30 years within a trade union organization, both inside and outside Dassault Systèmes.

Bruno Renardier trained as an engineer and spent 20 years as a project manager in oil and gas engineering companies.
