Lucy Veisblat, bi-national and bilingual in English and French, has spent her career in the private and public sectors, working as an employee and entrepreneur, managing teams and consulting.  

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Lucy first opted for the private sector, working for an international IT group.

Responsible for documentation and internationalization of applications, she has supervised multilingual and multinational teams and trained in management techniques.

Lucy went on to create her own technical writing services company, surrounded by a network of freelance consultants. 

Her teaching experience in a master's degree in technical communication introduced her to the world of universities, and in particular to student life and studies, a world in which she has since evolved as manager of teams ranging from 35 to 120 staff, from different professional categories and backgrounds, but all driven by the same sense of public service, for the benefit of students. 

Since 2022, Lucy has been working with universities as a consultant, helping them to implement their strategic orientations, reorganize or create new departments, train public sector employees in management, simplify procedures and draw up master plans.

Particularly in internal communications, HR projects and change management.

Business leader, consultant, revealer of human potential and mentor to entrepreneurs since 2009, Jérôme is a certified Executive Coach at HEC Paris, and has worked with major international groups, start-ups in their development phase, project leaders in their creation phase, company directors, national associations and executives undergoing professional development.

Trained as a mechanical engineer, Jean-François Foucard has spent his entire career with Dassault Systèmes, one of France's leading technology companies, where he progressed from specialist to manager.

His professional development led him to obtain a Master's degree in HR , and to work for almost 30 years within a trade union organization, both inside and outside Dassault Systèmes.

This enabled him to deal with all aspects of workplace relations and representation on both company and employee sides.

Over 20 years' experience of working at national level for various joint bodies has given him a thorough understanding of the issues, obstacles and opportunities involved in perfecting professional development, while taking into account the societal benefits of such an approach.

Jean-François spent almost 20 years negotiating training and employment issues at inter-professional level, and became convinced that the activity rate of experienced people was not only the keystone of our social system, but also of our society. Blandine Mercier spent 15 years in the world of communications and advertising, notably as Managing Director of the Marcel agency (Publicis Group).
There, Blandine supported major brands and scale-ups in their digital strategy, transformation and international expansion.

This career path has led her to lead multidisciplinary teams and pilot ambitious, high-impact projects, nurturing 3 convictions: high standards, agility and transmission.

In 2024, with over 20 years' experience behind her, Blandine decided to create Hello Masters, a professional network and digital hub dedicated to experienced executives.

François has had the pleasure of accompanying French companies of all sizes on all 5 continents for 20 years.

Working with people from different backgrounds and cultures was the first asset of his profession.

As a result, François has developed and acquired a keen ability to listen and adapt to find the right levers to arouse his customers' interest in targeted markets.

To nurture the spirit of service he has always brought with him, he decided to change worlds and learn a new trade: in 2020, Frédéric opened his own insurance agency specializing in personal insurance.
