Experience is not a burden, but a strategic asset.
Founded in 2024, WeNold was born from the simple observation that, despite the fact that careers are getting longer, "seniority" is still too often seen as a dead end.
However, from the age of 45 onwards, executives are not at the end of their careers but rather at the peak of their human capital.
Our diagnosis: The urgent need to preserve experience!
For a company, allowing a climate of disengagement to spread among its committed, reputable, and experienced executives is a major risk. Each unaccompanied departure or each "sidelining" results in:
• A loss of DNA: The loss of tacit knowledge, corporate culture, and historical networks.
• A break in transmission: A widening gap with younger generations, deprived of mentors to ensure the next generation.
• Performance costs: Replacing business expertise with a junior profile is costly in terms of time and mistakes along the way.
Who are the WeNolds?
A contraction of " We " (the collective) and " Nold" (Never Old), WeNolds refer to the 45-65 age group that rejects ordinary ageism. Serene, committed, and free from ego issues, they live in the present with the wisdom of their experience. They are the cornerstones of a sustainably prosperous company.
Our Mission: To Value People Through Experience
Our purpose is to get these talented individuals back into the game so that they no longer have to go it alone. We support committed, reputable, and experienced executives and companies toward two positive outcomes:
1. Internal repositioning : giving them new meaning and a new mission within the organization (mentoring, cross-functional projects, key expertise).
2. A new life project : supporting external redeployment towards a project that suits the executive and enhances their career path.
Working until the age of 65 or 67 is an opportunity, if and only if professional fulfillment remains at the heart of the equation.
WeNold - "Valorisons l'Humain par l'Expérience" is an inspiring perspective!
"Valuing People through Experience" simply means capitalizing on the company's memory, DNA, key knowledge (know-how and interpersonal skills), and the experience acquired by committed, reputable, and experienced executives.
